"The Executive and Senior Leader Induction (ESLI) is the process for Induction of Executive and Senior Leaders who are new to the University or to a senior role. Complementary to the current induction process, and directed through the recruitment system’s new starter tasks, it includes a number of one-to-one meetings with key stakeholders to facilitate networking and relationship building with colleagues and other leaders.

This targeted induction framework is recommended for new: Heads of School, Directors (Professional and Institute), Executive Deans, Pro Vice-Chancellors, Other equivalent roles.
Acting and secondment posts may be included in this induction process based on length of term and previous experience."
